Director of Marketing

The Vacation Rental team at Surf or Sound Realty needs a superstar marketing director. We are focused on Premier homes on Hatteras Island which means we deliver high-end service. Candidate must be skilled at managing a marketing team, evaluating and developing marketing strategies/plans, managing branding activities and brand standards, directing and managing website vendors, using CRM, email marketing, and digital tools. Every day is different so a high level of organization is a must. Hospitality and Vacation Rental experience is a huge plus.

Other skills that are a plus:

Website design, analytics, database management experience, photography, and video.

Salary plus bonuses for the right person.
